I first got to know Matt Gile through his work in the State House as the Political Action Chair for the Winooski Education Association in 2021. Matt was in the State House that year advocating for teachers and state employees during legislative debates about slashing their pension benefits. He is a smart, effective advocate and ally, with a deep understanding of the legislative process in Vermont.
